Blackburn & Associates, Inc. was established in October 1979, and became incorporated in 1981. Having been in business 30 years this October the firm has provided structural engineering services on a number of different types of projects across the United States. Our project experience varies from commercial, retail, institutional, judicial, manufacturing facilities, military facilities and residential projects. These designs have been completed in such a manner as to facilitate construction and to improve quality, cost, and schedule of construction. We accomplish this by being dedicated to delivering well managed, quality engineered projects to clients through a close and personal relationship. Our client list includes architectural firms, design build contractors, and some private owners.
